We are looking for skilled Finance Accounting Staff to provide financial information, maintain financial reports, records, and general ledgers. The successful candidate should have deep analytical skills and attention to details.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing finance and accounting duties. You will support our business growth and finance department by processing invoices, transactions, expenses as well as updating our finance database. This position will give you the opportunity to grow your financial knowledge and experience.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
• Perform Finance, Accounting & Tax support functions
• Process invoices and daily transactions and expenses
• Update and maintain accounting database with data entry and reports
• Handle monthly and annual financial reports
• Handle day-to-day finance duties including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Tax report
• Handle petty Cash/Bank & Reconcile account a timely manner.
• Be responsible for the elaboration of tax reconciliation, tax payment, and tax report.
Keahlian :
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Excel formula, Statistical function, Pivot table); MS Office
• Highly detail-oriented
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
Kualifikasi :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting /Finance or a related field of study with GPA min 3.00
• 1-3 years of experience working in Accounting/Finance
• Holder Tax brevet A, B or C Certificate
• Have experience as Tax staff or Tax consultant firm will be advantage
